Yoga is a personal inquiry. It is taught either one-on-one or in small groups so clients can intentionally explore movement of the body. By increasing the levels of awareness in the body, we work with the present moment as it is. In this way, range of motion is identified, organ conditioning occurs, strength is developed and mindfulness is cultivated.
