The Art and Science of Mindful Living

Mindful Eating

Mindful Eating integrates mindful practices with the neuroscience of how we form eating habits and weekly in-person group education and discussion sessions.

If you are looking for a new path on your journey to a healthy and balanced approach to food and eating, this program is for you. The combination of 24-hour app support, daily mindfulness practices and group sessions offers a comprehensive approach to helping you transform your relationship with food. You will learn to identify triggers, manage cravings and fully enjoy eating with awareness. You will learn:

  • how we form habits
  • how to work with cravings
  • how to use mindfulness when you eat
  • stress vs hunger
  • goals and staying on track

  • goals and staying on track
  • coping with triggers
  • working with difficult emotions
  • mindfulness skills
  • how mindfulness works

By learning to pay attention to the effects of mindless or emotional eating, it becomes easier to let go of old habits and begin to form healthier behaviors that actually feel better.

We will come together weekly to build on the skills we learn using the Eat Right Now® app, get peer support and broaden our experience with living mindfully.  Share experiences, practice mindfulness, discuss challenges, celebrate learnings and successes.
